I believe unplugging the sensor disables the closed loop function of the ECU. The problem above only seems to occur in closed loop. Taking it out of closed loop makes the problem go away.
I'm guessing a vacuum/air leak somewhere that?s driving closed loop function crazy. Don't assume that any leak is constant at certain rpm or levels of vacuum. I do believe that under boost, the vacuum leak becomes a pressure leak and that due to the amount of air produced by the blower, this leak may be insignificant. The ECU is also out of closed loop under boost as well - this helps too.
Just my thoughts, I'm no expert.

Had to edit my post to make some sense. Guess I wasn't thinking clearly at the time.

I've heard from so many people that all the 02 sensor does is monitor the car. Well, that's wrong. I unplugged the O2 sensor complete and now there is NO hiccup. The car runs extremely smooth. It sux having the CEL on all the time though.

I did notice that the problem began after I gutted the cat. I tried the 1 OHM resistor trick but my CEL still came on. I still believe this is somehow related to the problem. I'm not sure unplugging the secondary O2 is the answer but it might shed some light on the situation.
Thanks for the replys and keep them coming.

If you have the MAP Controller installed, make sure the wiring is solid. Your problem sounds a bit different than the one I was having, however maybe there's a chance. I had problems after I installed mine - the engine would stall at 1/3-1/2 throttle because the T-tap to switched power would lose contact once in a while. Always solder . . .
